We've had some changes to the licensing system for new drivers here in KY, but I'm not sure if they're national. For instance, new drivers, particularly those below age 18, are not permitted drive with a car of individuals the same age unless in the company of at least one licensed adult driver. Are these measures successful in curbing highway deaths of underage drivers? The measures inacted are a little too new to tell yet. HD always surprises and infuriates me at the same time. I admire their dedication to marketing their products. But for all their talk of independence they then place chips that prevent repair or modification by anyone but an HD acknowledged service provider. Nice quote by Leno as well.
